Welcome!

So this is my chance to tell you how totally cool I am, but honestly I'm not sure if I can really sum up myself in two or three paragraphs. Let's start with the basics.

I love the sound that the shutter makes when I take a photograph, especially when there are really cool people on the other side of the lens.

I deny any conversations that take place before my first cup of coffee.

I love a glass of 18-year-old scotch, almost as much as a glass of chocolate milk.

I love making people love how they look in photos. I love to travel and experience new places.

I love that last bit of milk in the bottom of the cereal bowl.

I love life's simple pleasures. I love life's not so simple pleasures.

I love sushi. Lots and lots of sushi.

I love movies, especially ones by Tarantino.

I think TV shows on DVD is one of the 20th century's best inventions.

Ok, so first off let me tell you what a GTKY Session is. It stands for Get To Know You, and it is where things are heading for Studio J. Instead of standard style engagement sessions, GTKY sessions are built around some of the couple’s favorite things.

Page and Joseph are a really fun couple and we had a wonderful time. We shot a lot at their fabulous home in midtown and headed to Otherlands for some coffee and amazing french toast. Their wedding is a week from Saturday and I can hardly wait to tell you about their very special wedding day.
