Wow. Ok. So I could've put up another 30 images on this post, but I'm going to save a couple of things for later until they get to see the images. Hallie & Stephen are an amazing couple. We started at Independent Presbyterianand then after the ceremony things got going over at The Dixon. They were so great to give me some time to take them out for some shots around the gardens. Angela Dacus of Southern Event Plannershelped put together a truly beautiful setup, including an amazing spread from Cindy Krag Catering. And a special thanks to not only Lisa Thomas of Kiralisa Photography, but her hubby Rob as well. You guys rock. Enough chit chat, on to the photos...

People are always asking me how I get the look to my images. The first step is finding the right light. Some of the best light you can find is during the two hours or so before the sun sets. Today I'm going to let you in on one of my favorite tools that helps me out when planning shoots. The great thing is that you can enter your location and it will give you the times of the sunrise and sunset. It ain't fancy, but it's super handy and scary accurate...just click here.
Ok. Since I'll be off shooting a fabulous wedding this weekend, I thought I would give you a few of my favorite blogs that I visit. First up is my really good friend, Lisa Thomas of Kiralisa Photography And another of my really good friends, Kelly Moore Clark of Kelly Moore Photography I can't forget my other friend, Bill Bell of Bell Photo Art And then two of my favorite blogs, not just because of their photography but for their overall style as well. The inspiration for my 30 Days of Blogging came from the infamous Becker's blog I am constantly checking what I consider one of the coolest blogs out there, the incredible Jessica Claire of Jessica Claire Photography Enjoy and I'll check in tomorrow while I am processing images.
Day 18 – Megan & Nathan
Apr 20081 Comment »All I can say is "Wow!" I had no idea when we rescheduled after Saturday's crazy weather ruined our plans that we would get one of the most amazing days to photograph that I've ever experienced. Megan and Nathan indulged every crazy idea I had and hiked to all the really cool locations I wanted to go. They were such total troopers the whole time. We took a bit of a break for cheesecake while the sun went down so we could get some super fun night images. A special thanks to the incredible Melissa Sweazy for assisting me during the shoot. Ok, enough chatter. On to the photos...
I have a really big thing coming next week. I'm putting this down because it gives me a deadline to make sure I get it up and running on time. I'll give you a few hints. It's full screen, it kicks some serious ass, and it rhymes with dew shmebsite. Until tomorrow.
