So Saturday afternoon, Lisa and I headed off to Evergreen Presbyterian for Monica & Rob's beautiful wedding. They had a beautiful ceremony before we all headed off to Central Station for an absolutely incredible reception. I have to say that this crowd truly knew how to party. The place looked amazing, and the band was absolutely incredible. I've seen some really great bands, and even written about them from time to time. Monica told us that they managed to book The Super T Band before they landed the gig for Jenna Bush's wedding. And I can see why they hired them. Super T came out for the last set wearing his awesome costume. They kept people rocking the entire night, and every song was the best version I had heard live. Also, I have to mention two other special people, Elvis and Wade. You see, Monica and Rob told me before the wedding that

Ok. So step one of the new "overhauled" look for Studio J Photography is pretty much complete. Check out the new galleries, especially the new featured weddings, at www.thestudioj.com The blog is going into the shop early next week and should come out the other side looking all spiffy and everything. I promise that the new, improved, and upgraded version will look pretty awesome. For now, check out the new stuff on the site.
I put this off for quite a while now, but after my 11 or 12th time to be tagged I decided to give in. So here they are... My 25 Random Things: 1. I have ADD. Which partially helps to explain why I have taken so long to do this, but also influences a lot of my daily life. More so than I used to understand. 2. I have worked on the docks at Nike and R&L Trucking. I can get up and work at 4:30 a.m., but I don't really like it that much. 3. I have also been a DJ/floor guard at a skating rink. I worked there during college, and it's hands down one of my favorite jobs ever. 4. I competed briefly in speedskating competitions on rollerblades. I have a trophy from it at my parent's house. 5. I LOVE snow. It's a mess at times, but I miss being able to go snow skiing like I did
So I'm really feeling the love this Valentine's Day, and I decided to extend the love on to you loyal folks. Have a great Valentine's Day weekend!
Last Saturday, I headed to the fabulous Cadre Building downtown for Emily & Michael's awesome wedding. Emily & Michael were so much fun. They were an absolute pleasure to work with as they didn't want a lot of the fluffy extra traditions. They had a great ceremony and then moved right on to the party. And this group loved to party. The 1 900 Band really kept the party going all night long. A special thanks to the always great Sara Beth Raab for all of her help. Enough chatter, on to the pics...
