The 31 days started off so strong.  So what happened?  Life happened. Editing, meetings, emails, and loads of other things.  Tomorrow is my first wedding of the season, and I can hardly wait.  Next week, I promise to get some blog posts up. But in the meantime, I had to share something that I found the other night.  I couldn't stop laughing for hours.  There is something about seeing comedy clips you know in another language. Enjoy...

I won't go on and on about how bad of a blogger I have been since people I know have been telling me that I am too hard on myself about it.  But I am planning to get some good stuff up in the next few days. For now, I wanted to share a couple more special images that I loved from France and a special piece I've put together.  The piece is part of a collection that I am going to reveal soon.  Right now, you'll have to do with this one. Ok, on to the photos...

Wow.  So as my time in Phoenix was ending, I decided to take advantage of an opportunity to do something that I've always wanted to do...ride in a hot air balloon. The morning was absolutely perfect.  The skies were blue and the weather was incredible.  We rode for over an hour and then had an awesome brunch with mimosas, croissants, and other goodies. Below are some of my favorites from the morning...

Ok.  So I have a few shots from my time at Carefree (the resort where our convention was held) that just don't fit into any other categories. We were shooting around on the last day and found an old building where they apparently set up for Halloween and never took the people down.  It was a bit odd. Oh, and definitely check back tomorrow for shots from my hot air balloon adventure.

Ok.  Some more random musings and an image from last week. Musing 1.  It is an amazing thing to actually have the weather be consistent for a week.  Being able to wake up in the morning and know that the weather will be pretty much the same as the day before was awesome.  Musing 2.  I am digging the new season of '24' and I can't wait to see the new season of 'Burn Notice'.  Though I am still mourning the loss of 'Pushing Daisies'. Musing 3.  I am so in love with my new camera.  The shot below was something I could never have done with my old cameras without using a tripod.
