Ok.  So I am way behind on blogging this wedding.  Almost three weeks ago, Lisa joined me on a REALLY cold day in Olive Branch. Megan & Michael were incredible.  In spite of the cold, they ventured outside for a few minutes to get some really great shots.  We were really blessed to have a fun building to work with and an rockin bridal party as well. Stay tuned as I have a big announcement coming this week. But for now, on to the pictures...

A few weeks ago, I headed out with Anne and Steve to get some photos at some of their favorite locations around Memphis.  I had such a great time with them at their wedding that I couldn't wait for their session. We had a total blast hanging out that afternoon.  They were about to go on a week long bike trip, and I look forward to hearing all about it. Enough chatter, on to the pics...

So a couple of weeks ago, I headed out to Davies Plantation with Connie to do her bridal session.  It's always a thrill and a challenge to photograph another photographer, especially when they say the magic words "Do whatever you want". It was a cool day, weather-wise and photography-wise too, and I had so much fun.  Thanks to Connie for being such a trooper.  I have some other images I may share later that are getting some extra fun work as I am trying something new. Ok, enough chatter.  On to the pics...

Last Saturday, I headed down to Immaculate Conception with Savannah & Lisa for Ginny & Billy's awesome wedding.  It was really cold, so we couldn't do as many photos outside as we wanted.  So I went back to the old school and did some really fun paint with light images.  After the wedding, we headed over to the Pink Palace for the reception.  The place looked really great.  All of the beautiful details were set up by Social Butterflies and their wonderful staff. I have to give credit to my good friend Donny Granger of Creation Studios for pulling together the rings and the page.  I have to tell you the story behind the page.  When Billy met Ginny, he kept the piece of paper with her name and number on it in his wallet.  Billy was kind enough to loan it to us for the shot. Enough of the chatter, on to the photos...

Just over a week ago, I headed to Monica & Stanford's wedding.  Sara Beth and Lisa came along for the really great day. The weather was awesome, so we went outside for some really fun shots with the bridal party. After a beautiful ceremony, we headed off to the Pink Palace.  I've been there a number of times, but Angela Mazanti made it look really cool and very different from the other setups I had seen. These two really know how to have fun, and their party totally showed that off.  Ok.  Enough talk, on to the pics...
